A faster baking option than standard ovens, this two-compartment Blodgett MARK V-100 DBL electric convection ovena€™s two-speed, 1/2-horsepower blower fan motors move hot air evenly throughout the cabinet as the tubular heaters generate the desired temperatures. Employees can adjust the burners' temperatures between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit on the solid-state thermostat, while the solid mineral fiber insulation integrated into the top, back, sides, and base maintains heat for energy conservation. For streamlined setup and operation, the modular front control panel includes an LED display and cook-and-hold and Pulse Plus® functions.
Both baking chambers in the Blodgett MARK V-100 DBL full-size convection oven include five chrome-plated racks that accommodate five 18-inch by 26-inch full-size baking pans in left-to-right positions. To achieve specific results, these removable racks can be adjusted in 15/8-inch increments. Because the compartments' stainless steel doors open dependently, pan loading and unloading is easy, and the doors' dual-pane thermal glass windows provide a view of the halogen-lighted interior so users can monitor browning. Built to last through heavy use, this full angle-iron-frame oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides in addition to double-sided porcelain baking compartment liners. To prevent wobbling or rocking as pans are inserted or removed, this 381/4-inch-wide by 401/2-inch-deep by 705/8-inch-tall unit is fitted with adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs.
