Description
The Blodgett INVOQ 61BLE full-size combi oven has a side-mounted touchscreen interface to streamline operation. This interface includes five cooking methods and seven operations that use either convection or steam cooking. The touchscreen has a 1,500-recipe storage capacity uploaded through Cloud Connectivity or a USB port. Because of its HACCP data system, users can access recorded stages of food prep and production.
This Blodgett INVOQ 61BLE full-size combi oven has two side racks with fixed, non-tilt rails that hold 69pounds. The interior and exterior feature a stainless steel construction for durability, while the welded steel cavity has rounded corners to promote even airflow. The unita€™s built-in CareCycle cleaning system and built-in hand shower facilitate simple cleaning at the end of the day.
