Description
This Blodgett INVOQ 61BLE full-size combi oven has a 69pound capacity and two support racks with fixed rails. The welded steel cavity has rounded corners for even airflow while also being simple to clean. The interior and exterior feature a stainless steel construction, and the triple-pane glass door keeps heat in. Though the unit has a CareCycle system for automatic cleaning, it also includes a built-in hand shower for manual cleaning.
To streamline operation, the Blodgett INVOQ 61BLE full-size combi oven has a side-mounted touchscreen interface. Users can select between five cooking methods and seven operations via convection or steam cooking. It holds up to 1,500 recipes for storage, which are all uploaded through Cloud Connectivity or a USB port. Its integrated HACCP data system records stages of food prep and production.
