The Blodgett INVOQ 61BE-PT single full-size pass-thru combi oven can be safely stacked and features a stainless steel exterior and interior for a long service life. For interior access, this oven has triple-pane glass doors with an energy-optimized coating. The five wire shelves and two side racks accommodate the storage of seven 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans or five 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Designed with four legs that are adjustable in 2-inch increments, this oven 369/10 inches wide by 417/10 inches deep by 331/2 inches high. This unit doesna€™t have a clearance requirement.
Equipped with touchscreen controls, the Blodgett INVOQ 61BE-PT single combi oven has 10 digital timers, notifications for on-time consistency, and the ability to program up to 1,500 recipes using a Wi-Fi or USB connection. The intelligent interface supports simple selection between recipes, operating modes, and temperature ranges. For efficiency, users can schedule an overnight cleaning with the CareCycle system, and the oven also comes with a built-in hand shower for manual cleaning when needed.
