With a ClimateControl cooking feature, the Blodgett INVOQ 61BE full-size combi oven provides operators with an optimal cooking environment through the control of air, heat, pressure and humidity levels. This oven has a reversible fan with 9 levels, which range from 20 to 100 percent. This unit is equipped with CookTimeCorrection sensors that work to detect and correct unwanted changes in temperature. This full-size, single-compartment combi oven has a stainless steel interior and exterior for its dent- and corrosion-resistant properties. The oven cavity has rounded corners to facilitate proper airflow to ensure food items are evenly cooked.
Capable of storing up to 1,500 recipes with up to 15 steps per recipe, the Blodgett INVOQ 61BE combi oven touchscreen controls can be a valuable addition to kitchens, as it can enable users to pre-program popular menu items to streamline preparation. To provide stability while loading and unloading food items, the oven interior has two side racks with non-tilt support rails. To detect and correct undesired temperature changes, this unit is equipped with CookTimeCorrection sensors.
