With a stainless steel exterior and interior, the Blodgett INVOQ 102BLE combi oven is resistant to dents, scratches, corrosion, and rust, meaning it can withstand consistent use in a busy kitchen space. This unit can hold(10) 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans or (20) 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans using its two side racks with fixed rails. This full-size, single compartment oven cavity has round interior corners to provide even heat distribution for consistent cooking and baking. The interior comes with two side racks with non-tilt support rails to ensure staff can safely load and unload items. The oven cavity is illuminated with LED lights to provide a clear view of the cooking process.
The Blodgett INVOQ 102BLE combi oven is equipped with an external temperature probe, a USB port, a built-in hand shower that is side-mounted, and has a stackable design to save floor space. This oven sits atop four 5-inch legs with adjustable feet so it can maintain balance on uneven floors. Capable of storing up to 1,500 recipes, the intuitive touchscreen controls ease the process of learning how to operate this oven and provides a 7-inch color touchscreen with a wide view. These controls offers various cooking features as well as CookTimeCorrection temperature sensors to ensure set temperatures are maintained.
