The Blodgett INVOQ101BLE full-size combi oven utilizes a boilerless configuration with self-contained water and heat systems. The unita€™s side-mounted control panel holds 1,500 recipes in total, and users can upload these recipes through Cloud Connectivity or the USB port. After use, this oven can be cleaned with the built-in hand shower and CareCycle cleaning tablet system.
