Description
The Blodgett INVOQ101BE single full-size combi oven has two side racks with fixed, non-tilt support rails designed to hold shelves. The fully welded cavity features rounded corners to simplify interior cleaning at the end of the day. The unita€™s exterior and interior are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and structural strength, while the heat-protected, triple-pane glass door stays cool to the touch during operation. To ensure a proper drain connection, 5-inch feet elevate the oven.
The Blodgett INVOQ101BE full-size combi oven is controlled via its touchscreen interface, which offers various methods for cooking despite its modest design. Using the USB outlet or Cloud connectivity, users can upload 1,500 recipes to streamline the unita€™s operation. Once selected, it provides cooking operationsa€”like cook and hold and Delta-Ta€”to prepare foods items. This oven uses convection cooking, steam cooking and is boiler-based.
