Description
The Blodgett HVH-100E SGL full-size convection oven, part of the HydroVection™ series, provides high-efficiency cooking with precise temperature and airflow control. It accommodates five full-size pans and is supported by 25-inch adjustable legs for stability. Its stainless steel exterior enhances durability, while the 304 stainless steel coved interior simplifies cleaning and prevents food buildup. The oven’s welded angle-iron frame strengthens its structure, and the 21/2 inches of insulation help retain heat for energy-efficient operation. The two black-framed, dual-pane tempered glass doors provide clear visibility, while a single curved handle allows for simultaneous split operation with a catch-latch system.
The Blodgett HVH-100E SGL oven's 7-inch touchscreen controller provides access to 500 recipe storage, rack timing, multi-shelf cooking, and HAACP storage capabilities. The six tubular heater elements ensure uniform heating, while a four-speed automatic-reversing fan motor optimizes airflow for even baking. The cavity vent control and thermostatically controlled quench system improve temperature regulation, and a 4-inch removable fillet core temperature probe enables precise internal food monitoring.
