Blodgett DFG-100-ES Double Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven - 45,000 BTU

The Blodgett DFG-100-ESDBL double full-size convection oven holds (10) 18-inch-by-26-inch sheet pans in its oleophobic baking chamber, with interior liners that simplify cleanup and resist corrosion. To add durability, the exterior is mostly constructed of stainless steel and has a full angle iron frame. Insulation adds strength and retains heat. For a clear view inside, the glass doors are grease and moisture resistant.
A two-speed fan moves air around the compartments to evenly distribute heat for consistent results. Temperatures in the Blodgett DFG-100-ESDBL double full-size convection oven range from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenhei, which is adjusted with the Artisan Control® system. With the cook and hold feature, operators can roast meat at a low temperature to enhance flavors and prevent drying out, while the control area is cooled by a fan to reduce overheating risk.
