The Blodgett DFG-100 convection oven can be used in commercial kitchens to bake many types of products. A two-speed fan in its chamber circulates air throughout the oven, preventing cold zones and giving food an even bake. The ovena€™s five racks can be set to 11 different positions, accommodating differently sized food pans.
The Blodgett DFG-100 commercial convection ovena€™s extensive stainless steel endures scraping and denting, making it great for long-term use in a commercial kitchen. Its stainless steel legs stabilize the unit and can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces. In order to offer a look at whata€™s cooking in the oven and prevent heat loss when opening the door, the door is glass paned.
