Using propane gas, the Blodgett CNVX-14G convection oven uses a 4-speed bi-directional fan to tailor the cooking process to the product by reducing the rate of airflow when cooking delicate items. To adjust cooking height and accommodate multiple pans, the chamber has 13 rack positions.
The Blodgett CNVX-14G convection ovena€™s temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit is great for a large range of common cooking needs, offering a versatile and effective cooking tool to kitchens. Its external stainless steel lengthens its service life and gives it resistance to denting and scratching. A set of casters enables the oven to be repositioned for maintenance or cleaning.
