Blodgett 911P Floor Model Double Multi-Purpose Deck Oven - Liquid Propane

Offering double pizza baking decks, the Blodgett 911P DOUBLE pizza oven provides users a way to bake twice as many pizzas while conserving space in crowded kitchen environments. It rests on stainless steel legs that can be adjusted to level the oven on uneven surfaces and has an angle iron frame for increased strength. The decks are made of press-formed aluminized steel to ensure even heating.
The Blodgett 911P DOUBLE double-deck pizza oven is constructed with counterbalanced doors to ease opening and closing. For streamlined operation and maintenance, users can access the main gas valve, temperature control valve, and safety pilot valve through the front of the unit, and its burner doors open without removing any fasteners. Its air mixers feature locking, adjustable air shutters to control the cooking environment.
