Alto-Shaam 10-20GPRO Full-Size Combi Oven, Boilerless, Liquid Propane

Part of the Prodigi® Pro series, the Alto-Shaam 10-20GPRO combi oven is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and cooks using boiler-less steaming, convection methods, or a combination of the two. Its small design fits comfortably on countertops, while the internal cabin is paired with two side racks and 11 support rails to firmly hold various pans; this cooking space can fit (10) 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans, (22) 12-inch by 20-inch full hotel pans, or one 1/1 Gastronorm pan, while its triple-layered door works to maintain desired temperatures. This space is heated with a temperature probe; should an error occur, users can simply remove it for recalibration or replacement. It features three power levels that help prepare many food types, and this unita€™s touchscreen display houses various programmable controls for different time and temperature settings.
The Alto-Shaam 10-20GPRO convection and steaming cooker operates with liquid propane and includes different functions to heighten safety and performance. These design choices are seen in the SafeVent® systema€”a program that releases steam before the door is opened to prevent burnsa€”or the ChefLinc® feature, which supplies line cooks with a portal to recipe uploads or downloads, software updates, and data reports. Similarly, this kitchen appliance features five automatic cleaning levels and a detachable rinse hose to facilitate sanitation during services. To heighten user awareness, this unita€™s door handle is adorned with high-efficiency LED lighting that changes colors depending on the notification it aims to send out. Finally, the oven includes a programmable cool down to protect users and extend this machinerya€™s lifespan.
