Displaying a narrow design that fits smoothly on countertops, the Alto-Shaam 10-10GPRO combi oven maximizes space in commercial kitchens while offering boiler-free steaming, convection, and combination cooking. This appliance is simple to usea€”offering a customizable touchscreen display to alter cooking methods and timesa€”and is paired with two side tracks and 11 rails that can hold (10) 18-inch by 13-inch half-size pans, (11) 12-inch by 20-inch full-size hotel pans, or one 1/1 Gastronorm pan. Given its capacity, this unit is ideally used when serving baked chicken wings, bubbling buffalo chicken dip, or steamed cabbage. When cooking, it ensures heat is trapped inside with the use of a triple-paned door, while its handle supplies variable LED lighting patterns to communicate or update line cooks during shifts. Additionally, this oven operates using LP gas.
The Alto-Shaam 10-10GPRO convection and steam cooker features three power levels and connects remotely via WiFi. Once connected, users can access the ChefLinc® series to download or upload recipes, facilitate software updates, and monitor oven functions or reports. Its stainless steel construction resists corrosion and rust throughout its lifetime, and the appliance works to reduce harm toward line cooks with the SafeVent® feature and five automatic cleaning methods. The former system works to remove steam build up before the food is finished cooking and the door is opened, while the latter promotes a safe environment for staff and customers alike. This combi cooker includes a removable thermometer probe that simplifies calibration and a front-accessible, retractable cleaning hose that deters stuck-on messes. For proper ventilation and user-friendly access, this appliance sits on four adjustable feet and is paired with a USB port.
