Description
The Alto-Shaam 1200-SK full-height Halo Heat® commercial smoker oven is a stainless steel unit designed to smoke meats using real wood chips. The smoker is 75 5⁄8 inches wide by 23 15⁄16 inches deep by 64 1⁄4 inches high. It sits on casters for mobility and simple placement and has a double-deck design. The smoker oven can hold 240 pounds of meat at a time and includes six full-size pans for cooking.
The Alto-Shaam 1200-SK commercial smoker oven is equipped with a touchscreen control panel and can be programmed with recipes for consistent results. It includes a probe for accurate cooking and temperature management; it also comes with four stainless steel wire shelves, two rib racks, and a sample bag of various wood chips. The inside of each compartment measures 26 7⁄8 inches wide by 18 7⁄8 inches deep by 26 1⁄2 inches high.
