Description
The Alto-Shaam 1750-SK Halo Heat® commercial smoker oven features two sections for smoking large amounts of meats—great for high-volume operations. Each deck holds 100 pounds of meat and is fitted with a right-hinged solid door. An included cooking probe monitors temperatures throughout the smoking process.
The Alto-Shaam 1750-SK commercial smoker is controlled using the digital display, allowing operators to program recipes and monitor the unit. Additional accessories are included for immediate use, such as four stainless steel wire shelves, two exterior drip trays, and a wood chip set. The full unit sits on four casters, two of which are swivel-action and locking.
