The stainless steel Alto-Shaam VMC-H2 half-size Vector® is durable enough to withstand frequent rough use, as its small size is an ideal addition to cafes and coffee shops. Its two cooking chambers enable users to prepare two different dishes simultaneously. An establishment's most popular recipes can be programmed into the oven using its USB port and accessed with the touchscreen controls. The oven doesn't need to be placed under a hood, simplifying installation and enabling placement almost anywhere in the kitchen.
Each of the Alto-Shaam VMC-H2 multi-cook oven's two chambers comes with one wire rack, two jet plates, and can hold one half-size sheet pan at a time. The oven's Structured Air Technology®, quickly and evenly cooks food without transferring flavors or odors. This countertop unit is fitted with four legs that are adjustable for maximum stability.
