Description
The Alto-Shaam 1000-SK half-height Halo Heat® commercial smoker oven runs on electricity and measures 75 5⁄8 inches wide by 23 15⁄16 inches deep by 32 1⁄4 inches high. It sits on 3 1⁄2-inch casters—two of which are rigid and two of which swivel and have brakes. This single-deck unit is equipped with a touchscreen control panel on its top.
The Alto-Shaam 1000-SK commercial smoker oven is constructed of stainless steel for durability and resistance to common kitchen wear and tear. It has a 120-pound capacity and comes with three full-size pans, two stainless steel wire shelves, one rib rack, and one exterior drip tray. It has a probe for exact temperature regulation and includes a sample bag of various wood chips.
