To resist corrosion and provide lasting durability, the Bakers Pride Y-800BL commercial deck oven features an aluminized steel interior and stainless steel exterior, while its welded heavy-duty angle-iron frame provides additional structural stability. Powered by natural gas, this unit has a total output of 120,000 BTUs, and operators can monitor pressure and gas flow with the combination controls that include a valve, regulator, and pilot safety.
The Bakers Pride Y-800BL pizza oven is a single-deck unit with a Lightstone fibrament hearth deck for crispy pizza crusts and a brick lining to retain heat. It's raised on 30-inch steel legs and measures 84 inches wide by 51 inches deep by 55.12 inches high overall. To preserve heat and improve efficiency, it's fully insulated and has a spring-loaded door. This unit can be double stacked to increase production without occupying additional floorspace.
