A countertop model designed to be stacked with other units, the Bakers Pride P44S HearthBake pizza/pretzel oven is ideal in kitchens with limited space. Strong and corrosion resistant, its two baking chambers each are made of aluminized steel and equipped with two cordierite decks that are removable for cleaning. Elements in the top and bottom compartments are controlled independently, enabling operators to cook different products simultaneously. These incoloy heating elements are designed to withstand frequent heating and cooling to ensure long-lasting performance.
The exterior of the Bakers Pride P44S countertop pizza oven is made of stainless steela€”a sturdy, corrosion-resistant metal that's well suited to everyday use in high-volume operations. It's fully insulated to minimize heat loss and is positioned on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces. This unit's 15-minute mechanical timer has a continuous-ring alarm that must be turned off manually.
