Description
To ensure a long service life in high-volume operations, the Bakers Pride GP-62HP HearthBake pizza oven's exterior is made of heavy-duty stainless steel. This metal has excellent resistance to scratches, rust, and dents, and it's simple to clean. For additional strength and corrosion resistance, its four baking chambers are made of aluminized steel. This unit has a baking temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and these levels are adjustable via its energy-efficient modulating thermostat.
Powered by natural gas, the Bakers Pride GP-62HP countertop pizza oven is designed with a combination control valve with a pilot safety and gas regulator. It features two double cordierite decks, each accessible by two doors. Ideal for use in compact kitchens, it's made to be stacked with other ovens to optimize space and comes mounted on 4-inch chrome-plated legs with adjustable feet.
