Description
Ideal for baking pizzas, cookies, and sandwiches, the Bakers Pride GP-61 HearthBake countertop deck oven has an efficient thermostat and can maintain a set temperature between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The lower deck heats quickly for fast baking, while the upper deck can heat thinner items. Each deck has its own door and handle, so accessing one does not disturb the other. Whether for cleaning or creating a single deck, the upper deck can be removed.
For strength, each deck is made of Cordierite, which delivers heat evenly and endures high temperatures. To resist warping under high heat, the baking chamber is made of strong aluminized steel, and its supply of LP gas, or propane, is controlled by a gas control valve, pilot safety, and regulator. The Bakers Pride GP-61 countertop pizza oven withstands daily use since it has a stainless steel exterior. Users can slide the flame diverter out for convenient access when servicing, and the control panel is mounted on the front.
