Equipped with a standard combination valve, the Bakers Pride GP-61HP commercial oven comes with a manual gas valve, pilot safety, and gas regulator. This unit runs on LP gas, and it's equipped with an energy-efficient, modulating thermostat that has a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven's baking chambers are constructed of aluminized steel for optimal heat retention, and its decks are made of cordierite to withstand exposure to high heat. It's fitted with a slide-out flame diverter and front-mounted, hinged control valve access panel.
