Description
Designed for countertop placement, the Bakers Pride GP-61HP HearthBake pizza oven can be double stacked to maximize space in compact kitchens. It features an energy-efficient modulating thermostat which operators can use to adjust the temperature between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Useful for a variety of baking applications, its upper deck performs slow baking for precise results while its lower deck bakes rapidly. Operating with natural gas, this unit features a combination control valve with a gas regulator and pilot safety.
Durable to support heavy use, the exterior of the Bakers Pride GP-61HP countertop pizza oven is constructed of scratch- and rust-resistant stainless steel. For additional strength and corrosion resistance, it features aluminized steel baking chambers and chrome-plated legs. These legs are equipped with adjustable feet to stabilize the oven on uneven surfaces. Overall, this unit measures 41.63 inches wide by 31.25 inches deep by 29.13 inches high.
