Its 7-inch-tall Cordierite hearth deck has a temperature range of 300 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling the production of crispy crusts. To maximize output in kitchens with limited space, this unit can be stacked up to three ovens high on its sturdy 36-inch steel legs.
Durable and corrosion resistant, the Bakers Pride EP-1-8-5736 electric pizza oven features an aluminized steel interior and a welded stainless steel exterior. Its heavy-duty angle-iron frame adds structural stability while its fully insulated design preserves heat.
