The Bakers Pride EB-1-8-5736 Superdeck deck oven has an 8-inch-tall baking chamber, and because it is made of steel, it is less likely to crack than stone. Above and below the deck surface, the heating elements evenly bake the product, and using the thermostat, operators can adjust the temperature between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Insulation in the unit prevents heat from rapidly escaping. While the food bakes, the 60-minute timer tracks the bake time.
Because of its spring-balanced design, the door on this Bakers Pride EB-1-8-5736 single-deck oven is convenient to open and close. Its interior is made of aluminized steel so it is strong, while the exterior is constructed of stainless steel, which is quick to wipe clean.
