U-shaped heating elements above and below the deck surface are independently controlled, with a temperature range between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. As the product bakes, the timer keeps up with the cycle time, and it has a maximum 60-minute setting.
Because the Bakers Pride EB-1-8-5736 single-deck oven cabinet is fully insulated, it keeps heat inside so the temperature stays at the right level. The door is also insulated, and with its spring-balanced design, it is effortless to open. For durability and corrosion resistance, this oven is made of stainless and aluminized steel, while its legs elevate the baking cavity to a comfortable working height.
