The Bakers Pride 451 Super Deck pizza oven has an 8-inch-tall deck, so it can cook thick pizzas. The top heat and bottom heat have separate controls and can be set at a level between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Food can bake directly on the cordierite deck surface because its even-heating, porous material helps cook crispy crusts and stays hot between uses. The unit is fully insulated for energy efficiency.
With an angled iron frame and stainless steel exterior, this Bakers Pride 451 deck oven can withstand daily use. The exterior resists scrapes and dents, and because it is insulated, it does not get nearly as hot as uninsulated ovens. Because they slide out, the diverters facilitate replacement, and a pressure regulator further aids in operation. For safety, gas flow stops if the pilot flame goes out, and users can shut off the gas supply at any time with the manual cut-off valve.
