Powered by natural gas, the Bakers Pride 4153 triple-deck oven includes a combination gas control system with a valve, regulator, and pilot safety that streamline operation. Each baking chamber measures 54 inches wide by 24.5 inches deep by 8 inches high to simultaneously accommodate multiple pies. Its top and bottom heat dampers are independently controlled, while temperatures can be set between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit to achieve various results. Every section includes a 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck that heats uniformly and absorbs excess moisture to create a crispy crust.
With a shallower depth than other models in the Superdeck series, the Bakers Pride 4163 pizza deck oven is part of the Stubby-Shallow collection and measures 66 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 81.21 inches high to fit into kitchens with limited space. Steel legs elevate the unit 6 inches off the floor to facilitate cleaning beneath it, and their Bakertone paint finish adds a lasting decorative flair. Its aluminized steel interior and stainless steel exterior resist corrosion and wear through high-volume use, while its 0.25-inch iron-angle frame is strong enough to accommodate a total of three stacked ovens. So staff can directly access specific chambers, each deck has a corresponding spring-balanced door.
