Description
The Bakers Pride 351 Super Deck pizza oven can cook tall product and thick pizzas with its 8-inch-tall deck. Supporting the baking of various product, staff members can turn on the top and bottom heat together or separately and can set the temperature from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Made of cordierite stone, the deck surface helps heat product evenly and bake out moisture. To conserve resources, the deck surface holds heat between uses while insulation reduces the amount of heat lost.
Constructed of stainless steel, this Bakers Pride 351 deck oven's exterior resists scratching, bending, and rusting. Its angled iron frame is sturdy and withstands regular use, and for maintenance, staff can slide out the heat diverters and check them for damage. The pilot safety system stops gas flow if the pilot flame goes out, and a manual shut-off valve ensures staff can turn off gas flow at any time. To keep pressure in the correct range, a regulator comes with the unit.
