Both baking chambers measure 45 inches wide by 34.5 inches deep by 8 inches high and have a corresponding spring-balanced door to ease pie insertion and removal. For long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance, its interior is aluminized steel, while its exterior is stainless steel. This oven is fitted with 16-inch Bakertone-paint-finished steel legs that elevate it for accessibility and cleaning underneath.
Great for baking pizzas at different cooking temperatures, the Bakers Pride 352 pizza deck oven's baking chambers have separate thermostatic controls that enable the temperature to be set between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Both sections' top and bottom heat dampers are independently controlled, and the 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite decks absorb moisture while heating evenly to produce crispy crusts. To minimize heat loss and improve efficiency, it's fully insulated. This natural-gas-powered oven features combination gas controls to enhance gas pressure management.
