Despite its shallow depth, it's built with three decks so users can simultaneously bake pizzas at different temperatures to meet high-volume demands. Each deck has a corresponding door to ease pizza insertion and retrieval and prevent heat from escaping. With an aluminized steel interior and stainless steel exterior, this unit resists corrosion and withstands rigorous use in fast-paced environments. While its fully insulated design conserves energy, its 6-inch Bakertone-painted legs elevate the unit for cleaning underneath.
To enhance baking results, the Bakers Pride 3153 triple-deck oven's baking chambers include independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers, and temperatures can be set between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostatic controls. A 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck integrated into each section evenly heats and absorbs moisture to create a crispy crust.
