Bakers Pride 3151 Super Deck Floor Model Single Pizza Deck Oven - Natural Gas

Designed for kitchens with limited space, the Bakers Pride 3151 single-deck pizza oven is part of the Superdeck Stubby-Shallow series; it measures 57 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 55.07 inches high. While its interior is aluminized steel, its exterior is stainless steel. Both of these metals withstand high-volume use and resist corrosion for a prolonged service life in fast-paced environments. This unit can be stacked with two other Bakers Pride pizza ovens to increase capacity without increasing its footprint, and its 0.25-inch angle-iron frame is fully welded for additional strength. To facilitate cleaning beneath the unit, it's positioned on 30-inch Bakertone-painted steel legs.
For high-volume applications, the Bakers Pride 3151 pizza deck oven features a single baking compartment measuring 45 inches wide by 24.5 inches deep by 8 inches high. The integrated 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck heats evenly and absorbs moisture, while its independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers enhance results. Staff can set the temperature between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostatic control to accommodate different cooking temperatures. Because it's fully insulated, it retains produced heat to conserve energy and maintain a cool exterior. This natural-gas-powered unit includes combination gas controls for user safety.
