Able to cook two pizzas at once, the Bakers Pride 252 Super Deck double pizza deck oven has two 8-inch-high decks that are made of Cordierite so they evenly heat the dough and create crispy crusts. Equipped with bottom and top individually controlled heat dampers, this unit can be set between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has a durable stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, and to prevent burns, this deck oven features a valve, regulator, and pilot safety to prevent burns.
The Bakers Pride 252 double pizza deck oven is stackable for restaurants that make a lot of pizza each day. It runs on an LP gas supply, which can be connected on the side or rear, and the four doors are fully insulated and spring loaded. Because of the insulation, the exterior of this unit remains cool-to-the-touch, while the interior provides consistent pizza temperatures.
