With a triple-deck configuration, the Bakers Pride 153 Super Deck pizza deck oven can increase production without sacrificing floorspace. Each deck measures 36 inches wide by 24.5 inches deep by 8 inches high, features a 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck that evenly heats and absorbs moisture for crispy pizza crusts, and is built with independent top and bottom heat dampers. To achieve various results, this LP-gas-powered oven can produce and maintain set temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can manage and adjust gas pressure using the combination gas controls' valve, regulator, and pilot safety.
This Bakers Pride 153 pizza oven measures 48 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 81.21 inches high and is fitted with 6-inch steel legs finished with durable Bakertone paint so employees can clean beneath it with ease. For long-lasting corrosion resistance, its exterior is stainless steel, while its interior is aluminized steel. To maximize output, its 0.25-inch, welded angle-iron frame enables stacking with two ovens. This unit is fully insulated to preserve energy, and each baking chamber has a corresponding spring-balanced door to simplify insertion and retrieval.
