The Bakers Pride 151 Super Deck pizza deck oven operates at a set temperature between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit with independent controls for the top and bottom heat dampers. Foods can cook on two Cordierite decksa€”measuring 36 inches wide by 24.5 inches deep by 8 inches talla€”that withstand drastic temperature changes. Made of aluminized steel, the cooking chamber is sturdy and has insulation on all sides, including the spring-balanced door.
For strength, the Bakers Pride 151 deck oven has a heavy-duty, welded iron frame, and its exterior is constructed of stainless steel to resist scuffs and scratches. Raised off the floor with 30-inch steel legs, there is plenty of room for cleaning underneath. The gas level is monitored by a regulator for safety, and a pilot safety mechanism shuts off the gas supply if the pilot light goes out. Its shallow depth takes up less aisle space in kitchens than standard ovens, and it is stackable to save space.
