Engineered for tight spaces under hood vents, the Southbend TVGS/22SC TruVection gas convection oven has a low-profile design. Its two cavities each hold three racks, and they're finished with nonstick porcelain enamel that's convenient to clean. Because the interiors have coved corners, they won't trap debris or harbor bacteria in cracks and crevices.
The adjustable thermostat in this Southbend TVGS/22SC double full-size convection oven lets the operator change the temperature setting between 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat in the oven is evenly circulated by two-speed fans, eliminating hot spots and speeding up the baking process. Its 60-minute mechanical timer tracks baking.
