Chosen for its heat-retentive properties, each oven chamber of the Southbend PCHE15S/T double-deck convection oven is made of porcelain with an enamel finish. Each interior has coved corners for improved airflow and to prevent buildup of food debris. The unit's exterior is constructed of stainless steel which is resistant to corrosion, scratches, and dents. This smooth material is also easy to clean due to the absence of small crevices where bacteria could collect.
