Description
The ventless design of the Southbend PCHE15S/S-V convection oven enables installation in various locations because it doesn't require a hood for operation. This unit has a double-deck design that provides ample space for preparing multiple food items simultaneously. Great for locations with limited kitchen space, this unit has a half-size configuration. The exterior is made of stainless steel for durability, and the unit has an interior made of porcelain enamel for its heat retentive properties.
To prevent buildup of food debris, each oven chamber of the Southbend PCHE15S/S-V convection oven has coved corners. Each oven interior can accommodate five oven racks, which can be adjusted along 11 levels. Using the solid-state controls, operators can program temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep a close eye on food items while cooking, each oven deck has two doors with high-efficiency windows. These doors also have a dependent design to permit one-handed opening.
