Description
The Southbend PCG90S/SI single-deck convection oven is ideal for locations working with limited space and a natural gas connection. The unit measures 38 inches wide by 37 1/4 inches deep by 57 1/2 inches high and is primarily made of durable stainless steel. The two glass doors provide access to either side of the interior without causing excessive hot air loss.
Internally, the Southbend PCG90S/SI Platinum convection oven is constructed of porcelain with an enamel finish; this material is heat retentive and the coating eases cleaning. The inside space features coved corners to prevent crumb buildup and is fitted with five wire racks that are adjustable among the 11 positions. Operation of the unit is done through the solid-state controls and can reach temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
