The Southbend PCG90B/TI Platinum single full-size convection oven has stainless steel front, top, and side panels that help extend the unit's longevity. With a 29-inch bakery depth, this unit has an enameled porcelain interior outfitted with coved corners. The ovena€™s independent doors open individually to reduce heat loss and feature glass windows that enable users to monitor food as it cooks. Fitted with 11-position rack guides, the ovena€™s five wire racks are removable and can be positioned in 1 5/8-inch increments.
The Southbend PCG90B/TI convection ovena€™s control panel is placed on the side of the unit, away from heating elements for user safety. The unita€™s touchscreen controls display accurate temperature and timer readouts, and users can program their own recipes and timers for streamlined performance during busy shifts.
