The single-deck design of the Southbend PCG50B/TD convection oven has five durable, plated oven racks. With a 29-inch bakery depth, this unit can permit users to prepare large batches of food items to meet high demand. Designed for durability and smooth cleaning, this oven is made of dent- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To aid in heat retention, this oven interior is made of enameled porcelain, and the corners are coved to prevent debris from piling up in hard-to-reach areas.
Two heavy-duty, windowed doors with a dependent design that permits one-handed opening are affixed to the front of the Southbend PCG50B/TD convection oven. These doors have stay-cool handles to ensure the safety of the operator during use, while the touchscreen controls of this unit are located on a slide-out control panel to permit simple servicing.
