Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCG180B/TD gas convection oven is ideal for preparing large batches of food in compact locations. Its two decks both feature a 29-inch bakery depth designed to accommodate various arrangements of food pans and each is fitted with touchscreen controls for starting the unit, manipulating temperature, setting timers, and initiating the forced cool-down mode as needed. For safe ignition, a switch is provided to activate the pilot light.
Externally, the Southbend PCG180B/TD double-deck convection oven is made of stainless steel, while the interior is constructed of porcelain with an enamel finish. The materials have been selected for their durability and heat retentiveness, and to prevent buildup of debris and for easy cleaning, the interior corners are coved. Each set of dependent doors are windowed and work with the interior lights to provide a clear view of food as it cooks.
