Southbend PCG180B/TI Platinum Bakery Depth Double Full Size Liquid Propane Convection Oven - 90,000 BTU

Designed to accommodate an arrangement of full-size pans, the Southbend PCG180B/TI Platinum convection oven features a bakery depth and double-deck design. The interior spaces measure 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high and feature a porcelain construction with an enamel finish for heat retention and simple cleaning. For convenience, five wire racks are provided in each deck and can be adjusted among the 11 levels.
Externally, the Southbend PCG180B/TI double-deck convection oven is made of stainless steel for durability and longevity. Each section has its own touchscreen controller to turn the unit on and off, ignite the pilot light, manipulate heat output, timer settings, and to activate the cool-down mode. This unit operates on liquid propane and uses the two-speed fans to circulate the hot air throughout each cabinet as determined by the settings.
