The Southbend PCG100S/TI Platinum gas convetion oven features a double-deck design ideal for busy locations with limited space. The unit measures 38 inches wide by 37 1/2 inches deep by 66 3/4 inches high. It operates via natural gas and features an electric starter for safe ignition. Each deck produces its own heat, which can be set on each deck's touchscreen controller. The unit can produce temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
The interior of the Southbend PCG100S/TI double-deck convection oven is made of enamel-coated porcelain for its heat retentive qualities and features coved corners for even heating and prevention of debris buildup.
