The Southbend PCE75S/TI single full-size convection oven features high-efficiency in-shot burners. Users can control the output of these elements with the side-mounted control panel, which can be set between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It can hold products between 140 and 200 degrees. The control panel is side mounted away from the elements to minimize scald or burn hazards, and it also pulls out 17 inches for maintenance and service as needed.
This Southbend PCE75S/TI full-size oven has an internal cavity that measures 29 inches wide; it holds five plated racks that can be adjusted to 11 different positions.
