Description
The Southbend PCE75S/SD Platinum convection oven is designed for versatile cooking in compact spaces. The unit measures 38 inches wide by 39 1/4 inches deep by 55 inches high. The interior space is made of heat retentive porcelain with an enamel finish for easy cleaning. For convenience, five adjustable shelves are included and lit with recessed interior lighting.
Solid state controls, consisting of two knobs that can set the temperature between 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and a 60-minute timer operate the Southbend PCE75S/SD single-deck convection oven. Rocker switches manipulate the power, lights, and cool-down mode. Two windowed doors are affixed to the stainless steel exterior to provide a clear view of food as it cooks.
