The Southbend PCE75B/TI Platinum single full-size convection oven measures 38 inches wide by 43 1/2 inches deep by 55 inches high overall and holds five wire racks. Each rack is removable and can be placed onto the 11-position rack guides. Featuring a bakery depth of 29 inches, this unit holds full-sized pans side-to-side or front to back. For scratch-resistance and durability in fast-paced environments, this oven has a stainless steel front, sides, top, and rear jacket. Its nonstick porcelain interior and enamel finish support simple cleaning.
For safe operation, the Southbend PCE75B/TI convection ovena€™s control panel is located on the side of the unit, away from heating elements. This unit has a stay-cool handle for additional user safety. Its two-speed fan distributes hot air around the oven cavity for even cooking. Users can view the oven interior through the glass windows and with the two high-temperature recessed lamps. This unit supports temperatures from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and holds food after cooking in a 140 to 200 degree range to ensure freshness.
