Featuring a stainless steel exterior, the Southbend PCE75B/SD-V Platinum convection oven is designed to endure heavy use, and its 29-inch bakery depth is ideal for cooking an array of full-sized pans. The interior is made of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention and has coved corners to prevent debris buildup. For convenience, the oven is fitted with five wire racks that can be adjusted along the 11-position rack guide.
To set the 60-minute timer and temperature, the Southbend PCE75B/SD-V single-deck convection oven is fitted with two thermostatic knobs; rocker switches are also present to turn the power, interior lights, and cool-down mode on or off as needed. The unit can produce heat from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and uses the two-speed motorized fan to circulate the hot air throughout the cabinet.
